Pubbelly Pop-Up Goes Vegan with Jugo Fresh
Sorry folks...but Pubbelly Goes Vegan is officially SOLD OUT!
As the Pubbelly Pop-Up series in Sunset Harbour continues, the talented Chef Jose Mendin has deviated away from pork and its iterations and moved into Vegan territory for it's first Vegan Pop-Up on Thursday 10/2 with partner JugoFresh and Chef Darren Laszlo.
At this writing the 7 pm seating was SOLD OUT, but some seats still available for the 9:30 pm.
Creatively inspired and delicious menu items include:
Yasai Sushi
avocado & pineapple ceviche, local pressed mango & “wasabi pea” gremolata spicy tomato & watermelon tartare
