Thursday, October 12th and ongoing Thursdays- Villa Azur- The high-spirited Thursday night Dinner Party is back for its 5th year. And until October 31st, diners can even enjoy the Miami Spice $39 menu. Villa Azur’s team produces a night in the Mediterranean as guests reimagine themselves mingling, dancing, and dining away to a night of live entertainment, a buzzy atmosphere and mouthwatering dishes by new Executive Chef Philippe Ruiz. After dinner, guests can venture into Villa Azur’s private museum, where they can view “must haves” art pieces by internationally renowned artists, while they sip on specialty cocktails. Thursday, October 12th- BLT Prime embraces autumn with an exclusive wine dinner that showcases Argentine winery Nieto Senetiner at the restaurant on Thursday, October 12, 2017. Chef de Cuisine Dustin Ward has crafted a menu designed to complement the vintages of the award-winning winery, featuring the Argentine white grape Torrontes as well as Malbec. Local brand ambassador Tom Holland will be on hand to narrate the evening. The dinner begins promptly at 7:30 pm and is priced $120 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity. Friday, October 13th- Join Chef Jose Andres and his non-profit, World Central Kitchen in support of ongoing efforts helping to feed those affected by Hurricane Maria by dining at Pubbelly or Meat Market Miami Beach or Palm Beach locations today. 10% of the days proceeds will be donated to World Central Kitchen to continue to fund supplies for Chef Andres efforts. Ongoing through October 22nd- Hakkasan Miami Beach- In celebration of China’s biggest annual national holiday, Golden Week, marking the founding of the Republic of China and running now through October 22nd, Hakkasan at Fontainebleau Miami Beach will launch a limited-edition menu, featuring brand new dishes to create a one-off dining experience. Priced at $138 per person, and requiring a minimum of two diners, the menu blends Cantonese and Spanish influences including innovative dishes created just for the occasion. Scarpetta and StripSteak by Michael Mina- In honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Fontainebleau Miami Beach has partnered with Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of Miami Health System, South Florida’s leader in breast cancer diagnosis, treatment, and care, to host the ninth annual Bleau Goes Pink campaign, kicked off October 1st by illuminating the historic Chateau building in pink. To raise both awareness and funds for the cause, the iconic Miami Beach property is offering month-long dining promotions at StripSteak by Michael Mina and Scarpetta by Scott Conant. The proceeds will benefit breast cancer research at Sylvester. Three-course, prix-fixe dinner menus priced at $55 per person, excluding tax and gratuity, will be offered throughout October at two of the resort’s signature restaurants, StripSteak by Michel Mina and Scarpetta by Scott Conant. Plnthouse- This October only, world-renowned chef and restauranteur, Matthew Kenney is partnering with 1 Hotel South Beach to serve dinner six nights a week at his ocean-front vegan outpost within the eco-luxe resort, plnthouse. The limited availability pop-up dinner will feature recipes from Kenney’s newest cookbook, Plantlab, and true to his brand, will showcase inventive techniques and creative thinking in dishes that are visual masterpieces as well as delectable meals.
