Three years ago, Chef Jose Mendin began hosting “friends” in his kitchen at Pubbelly creating what went from an intimate dinner among friends and industry colleagues, to today's coveted Mendin & Friends affairs featuring some of the best chefs around.

The month, to kick off the season’s Mendin & Friends series, Chef Mendin has moved the venue to his newest venture, Habitat, in the gorgeous 1 Hotel and invited renowned three Michelin starred chef, Massimo Bottura of “Chefs Table” Netflix fame and owner of Osteria Francescana. In June 2016 Osteria Francescana was ranked No. 1 in The World's 50 Best Restaurants, and No. 2 in 2017. Ticket link here.

There are two opportunities for Miami food lovers to meet and greet Chef Bottura.  The private “one night only” dinner on Thursday, January 25th includes an intimate 6-course dinner in the dining room of Habitat with both chefs, complete with wine pairings and priced at $650 pp.

A Social Hour on Wednesday, January 24th includes a welcome cocktail and bites curated by Chef Mendin and will be held at Habitat’s mezzanine bar, The 2nd Floor and is priced at $50 pp..
