The Bazaar by Jose Andres Launches Saturday Brunch

When most people think of brunch, they picture a #SundayFunday situation. The Bazaar by Jose Andres is changing the game and switching it up with its new Saturday brunch. The award-winning chef has brunch all figured out with a shockingly affordable price tag — $65!

The South Beach brunch is a deal few can beat. Guests can enjoy a raw bar and appetizer buffet, an entree of their choice, and a serious dessert spread with over 30 different unlimited options.

The appetizer bar features several different kinds of toasts — we liked the crab toast the most. Crudos and ceviches are made fresh in front of you. There’s a jamon station, as you’d expect in any proper Spanish restaurant. The real winner when it comes to appetizers are the peanut butter foieffles. These mini peanut butter filled foie waffles almost melt in your mouth and are easily addicting.

Don’t fill up too much on the starters, there’s still a main course to decide. The entree menu includes the choice of:

  • Croissantini - scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, herbed cream cheese
  • Huevos a la Cubana - fried rice, fresh tomato sauce, bacon, pork belly, banana, huevo frito
  • “Torrijas” Spanish Toast - caramelized brioche, vanilla custard, cinnamon puffed rice, tamarind reduction, strawberries
  • Eggs Benedict - Canadian bacon, egg 63, hollandaise, lemon air
  • FIsh in Papillote - catch of the day, alcaparrado sauce, puffed quinoa
  • Lomo de Buey con Huevo - hanger steak, fingerling potatoes, sauce Valdeon, huevo frito

The portions are pretty sizeable, so you definitely won’t be disappointed. Each dish keeps the classic brunch feel with a fun Jose Andres twist, making for an extra special experience.

As always, save room for dessert because that might very well be the best part. The dessert bar is almost the length of the indoor restaurant and offers no shortage of sweet treats. Here you’ll find everything from brownies to tarts and macarons. These desserts are not only gorgeous, but are absolutely delicious.

While drinks aren’t included, there are still bottomless options that won’t break the bank. Add an extra $15 for bottomless mimosas, $30 for Nicolas Feuillate Champagne, or if you’re really feeling like a baller go for the $150 unlimited Krug Grande Cuvée.

If you’re love a good deal, and you’re looking for a Saturday brunch then make your way to The Bazaar by Jose Andres. Brunch is served every Sunday from 11am to 2:30pm. Reservations are suggested.
