Thursday January 19th- Celebrate the grand opening of Bàcaro, Miami Beach's newest wine and food destination by acclaimed international chef, Carlo Bernardini. From 8pm to 11pm, the Venetian-inspired eatery and wine bar will offer guests complimentary hors d'oeuvres, along with an open bar of house wine and bubbles. Music will be provided by DJ Nuny Love, and European flair will fill the air at Bàcaro's grand opening experience. RSVP required. Wednesday January 25th-  Chef José Mendín of Pubbelly joins Faena Hotel Miami Beach’s Chef Collective Series on January 25th at 7 PM, serving up a “Food of the Islands” feast with Chef Paul Qui at PAO. Shake off the winter chill with an island-style culinary celebration. This popular culinary event will kick off the New Year with a collaboration between Chef Paul Qui of Pao restaurant and Chef José Mendín, founding partner and chef of the Pubbelly Restaurant Group. Tickets are $175 per person, plus service charge and tax and available on https://losfuegosfaenamiami.tocktix.com/  Pao by Paul Qui The Faena 3201 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33140 (786) 655-5630.

Thursday January 26th- BLT Prime Doral will host an exclusive evening of great wines and fantastic food. Chef de Cuisine Dustin Ward has crafted a spectacular four course menu that is perfectly matched to the exceptional wines from Folio Fine Wine Partners.  The festivities get underway at 7PM with a cocktail reception in the BLT Prime bar and lounge. Following the reception, guests will be seated in the steakhouse’s gorgeous private dining room where Miguel Pla, Market Sales Manager for Folio Fine Wine Partners, will pour four stellar wines to accompany the four course dinner menu. Reservations can be made by calling (305) 591-6066. Sunday, January 29th - Yardbird Southern Table & Bar Miami Beach hosts a Wild Turkey Master Distillers Dinner from 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Named Spirit Brand of the Year by Wine Enthusiasts, Yardbird Southern Table & Bar Miami Beach welcomes 'Bourbon Hall of Famer' Jimmy and Eddie Russell of Wild Turkey. Bakehouse Brasserie hosts a boozy Jazzy brunch every Saturday and Sunday with discounted Premium Champagne bottles and BOTTOMLESS Mimosas with live jazz all day long. Soak up those mimosas with the famous Croissant French Toast featuring a bananas foster filling and creme cheese glaze -- or try the Bakehouse Benedict with wild boar sausage, caramelized onions and peppers, chipotle hollandaise and a muffin. Gin + Collins, the newest cocktail lounge at the AC Hotel Miami Beach, launches late-night happy hour.  Head Bartender Nikos Mantzaridis will offer five special happy-hour drinks - each a classic cocktail that highlights a different gin, including the Aviation combining Bombay Sapphire East Gin, maraschino, crème de violette and lime; French 75 with Old St. Pete’s Tropical Gin, lemon and cava; Bramble with Bulldog Gin, simple black berry syrup and lemon; Sbagliato with Botanist Gin, Campari and Carpano Antica Formula; and Hendrick’s Gin-based Tom Collins. PokéBao, an exciting new chef-driven, fast-casual eatery located in Coral Gables’ growing Giralda Avenue is now open daily for lunch service. Helmed by Chef/Owner Daniel Bouza who enjoys a celebrated culinary career with past stints at Nobu Lana’i and Makoto in Bal Harbour, the menu offers a fresh take on the wildly popular flavors of Hawaiian style poké and bao buns. PokéBao, located at 153 Giralda Avenue in Coral Gables, is open seven days a week. Lunch is served daily from 11AM to 4PM; dinner service will be introduced at a later date. At Pisco Y Nazca, Executive Chef Miguel Gomez has introduced new menu items and fresh dishes straight from his native country of Peru and updated the ceviche tradicional. Guests at both locations are invited to indulge in new items like the Churrasco Empanadas, Jalea, Tequeños and Causa Tartar available on both the lunch and dinner menu.
