SEED Food and Wine Event: November 7-10, 2019

November is World Vegan Month and what better way to kick it off than by attending the original plant-based festival SEED Food & Wine Week (SEED). ENTER to WIN 2 tickets! See below for how to enter.

SEED returns to Miami, with four full days of events focused on sustainable, conscious living. Among this year’s notable talent: Joy Bauer MS, RDN, National Dietitian for LaCroix Sparkling Water, healthy lifestyle expert, celebrity TV chef, and #1 New York Times best-selling author; Jules Aron, SEED’s Mixology Director who is curating the festival’s beverage program, including pairings and zero-proof cocktails; and supermodel Karolina Kurkova. Nationally and locally renowned chefs include: Ilan Hall (Ramen Hood/Los Angeles); Michael Beltran (Ariete and Chug’s); Steve Santana (Taquiza Tacos); and many more.

Thursday kicks off with a Plant-based Pitch-off for innovators and entrepreneurs, and the 5th ANNUAL PLANT-BASED BURGER BATTLE™.

Friday’s events include the VegNews SUMMIT presented by Sacred Space, a Taco Tailgate Party presented by No Evil Foods, and a special ROOTS: A FARM TO TABLE DINNER hosted by local farmers and Chef Allen Susser.

On Saturday, visit the SEED FESTIVAL DAY TASTING VILLAGE at Mana Wynwood, and the evening event features GROWN: THE DINNER CELEBRATING MODERN PLANT-BASED LIVING featuring Ariete’s Michael Beltan; Plant Miami’s Horacio Rivadero; and Pastry Chef Yara Mage from Le Jardinier.

Relax and reflect on Sunday with Rise + Shine: Yoga and Meditation Experience on the Bay at Museum Park, and Blissful Brunch presented by LaCroix Sparkling Water.
