Texas based, Sixty Vines, the restaurant known as “the wine lovers restaurant” made its debut this Fall in the heart of Miami Worldcenter at 150 NE 8 th Street, Suite #135, in Downtown Miami.

Offering over 60 different wines on tap selected from wine regions around the globe paired with vineyard-inspired dishes designed to share among friends.

Spanning 9,500 square feet with over 300 seats, Sixty Vines offers a vibrant yet cozy atmosphere for wine lovers.

The space blends style and comfort, offering a mix of cozy banquettes, communal tables, and lounge-worthy sofas. With an inviting outdoor patio and private event space, Sixty Vines goal is to be Miami’s go-to destination for everything from casual celebrations to unforgettable wine dinners.

Open for brunch, lunch, and dinner, Sixty Vines unique curated menu celebrates seasonal flavors made with locally sourced ingredients. Signature items include build-your-own charcuterie boards, fresh salads, and hand-tossed pizzas. Entree highlights include selections such as Atlantic Salmon, Pan Roasted Chicken, Double Cabernet Burger, and Wood-Grilled Bavette Steak. Dessert favorites includeSticky Toffee Cake and Deviled Affogato. The knowledgable team is well-trained to suggest the perfect wine pairing to complement the shareable menu selections.

They also offer hand-crafted cocktails plus ciders, beers and mocktails.

Sixty Vines’ wine on tap system offers an eco-friendly approach to serving wine. Each keg holds 26 bottles and can be reused around 1,500 times over its refillable lifetime. This eco-friendly tap system not only reduces waste and protects the planet but also offers guests a unique and memorable tasting experience.
