Zitz Sum x Kojin 2.0 Dinner Collaboration

Kojin 2.0, the electric and eclectic new Coral Gables eatery owned and operated by culinary couple Pedro and Katherine Mederos, is celebrating its recent opening with the ultimate neighborhood collaboration.

On Sunday, September 8, 2024, Kojin 2.0 will host a special event, in partnership with Chef Pablo Zitzmann of Zitz Sum, featuring an exclusive menu influenced by Japanese ingredients, techniques, and ideology.

Only a couple months old, Kojin 2.0 is already making a name for itself. The vibrant new Kojin 2.0 seats 30 guests in a cheerful, comfortable dining room and counter that includes two prime seats offering a view of the open kitchen and approachable Japanese-influenced fine dining.

Tickets for the dinner, priced at $130 per person, are limited, and the Chef’s tasting menu will include multiple courses and an array of dishes such as Honjozo-Cured Hiramasa with gazpacho dashi and smoked sungold tomato, Grilled Mackerel with warm ponzu and lotus root, and traditional Japanese Wagashi Bite (made with sweetened white bean paste), among others. A wine pairing will also be available for an additional $60 per person.
