Pubbelly Boys Celebrate FOUR years!
Join Jose Mendin, Andreas Schreiner and Sergio Navarro to Celebrate Pubbelly’s four year anniversary on Sunday, November 23. The restaurant will transform its menu for two specially created brunch seatings at 12:00 p.m. and again at 2:00 p.m.
Chef Jose Mendin is teaming up with Chef Brad Kilgore, of soon to be opened ALTER Restaurant in Wynwood, to create this very special brunch menu.
The prix-fixe menu will be priced at $50 and guests will also have the option of adding bottomless cocktails for an extra $25. The menu may feature such creative items as:
The Pubbelly Anniversary Toast with sea urchin rilletes, bacon jam and house pickled salad
Steak and Egg Carpaccio, with Australian Wagyu beef, cured farm yolk, frites and bernaise viniagrette
Scrambled Egg Mousse with root vegetable hash, rabbit chorizo
GivingThanks for 4 Great Years Eggs Benedict with smoked turkey, pumpkin biscuits, gravy and crispy stuffing.
Homemade Smoked Pastrami, grits and Pumpernickel, migas, egg yolk jam
Duck Confit French Toast with foie maple caramel, banana whip pastry cream
Foie Cross Nut with chocolate glaze, foie gras foam and hazelnut powder
