Join Sam Calagione of Dogfish Head Beer and Chef Dena Marino of MC Kitchen as they team up on Thursday 11/13 at 7:30 pm to pair vintage Dogfish Head Brews with MC Kitchen's modern Italian cuisine.
The story of Dogfish Head began in June of 1995 with the opening of Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats, the first state's first brewpub opened in the resort beach community of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. The plan was to bring original beer, original food, and original music to the area. – Now , almost two decades later, Dogfish Head sells over 20 styles of beer, in 26 states and is known for their craft and unique brews. They also produce many vintage and handcrafted spirits in their new 100, 000 s.f. distillery.
Chef Dena and husband, Marcus, have curated a very special evening. Welcoming attendees, will be passed signature MC Kitchen bites for guests to enjoy. Guests will then sit down for a four course meal where each dish is paired with vintage Dogfish Head brews and a specially selected cigar.
After dinner, step outside to enjoy intimate conversation over expertly hand-crafted cigars by Alec Bradley Cigars on MC Kitchen’s patio.
