Saturday May 16th- In honor of World Whiskey Day on Saturday, May 16th, the Regent Cocktail Club at The Gale South Beach Hotel is mixing up a flavorful libation from 7 pm to 3 am to celebrate--The 1829. Utilizing Irish Whiskey Tullamore Dew, Head Bartender and Managing Partner Julio Cabrera concocts his tasty cocktail with Cherry Brandy, Lillet Rouge, and Orange Juice, making it the perfect whiskey cocktail to enjoy on its own celebratory day. Wednesday May 20th Devon Seafood + Steak, will continue its monthly tasting series with an epic Oyster Battle on Wednesday, May 20, 2015, beginning at 7PM on the restaurant’s beautiful waterfront patio.  Executive Chef Rod Chitikov and his Sous Chef Drew Thomason, go head-to-head to craft the best oyster dish during a fierce three-round competition.
