September 8th thru September10th – Pizza & Donuts- Spris Pizza will be hosting South Miami’s newest doughnut sensation, Honeybee Doughnuts, for a one-weekend only pop-up. Guests can expect delicious best-selling doughnuts hand-selected by Karen Muirhead, founder of Honeybee Doughnuts, to be showcased different days ( schedule below ) at each of Spris Pizza’s locations: Lincoln Road, Downtown and Midtown. Friday September 9th- 7-9 pm - LDV Hospitality’s Regent Cocktail Club invites guests to this month’s cocktail class featuring Atlantico Rum. Starting at 7:00 p.m., guests will get to experience what it’s like to work behind the bar with Atlantico Rum and learn how to create signature cocktails using the handcrafted boutique Dominican rum. Light appetizers provided by Dolce Italian will compliment the tastings and you will leave with a greater acquaintance of cocktail recipes, methodology and history behind Atlantico Rum. Monday, September 12th- Rose Bar at Delano South Beach will introduce an exciting new special called Cocktail Hour. Available Monday through Friday from 4 – 7 p.m., this is the first program of its kind to be offered by the iconic bar. Cocktail Hour will feature three new craft cocktails created especially for the occasion, each priced at $10, along with a selection of beer for $5 and wine for $8. The bar will also showcase a selection of new light bites from Chef Jason Bamford for $10 each. Tuesday September 13th- 6-9 pm Local food blogs Miami Food Pug & Coral Gables Love are teaming up for a food-filled night in Downtown Coral Gables. On the Coral Gables Food Tour, you’ll visit three different venues to sample delicious drinks and bites. Enjoy a fun evening with friends and discover some great local spots! Tuesday September 13th 7-9 pm –Pinch Kitchen’s Craft Collab 4.0 partners with Hidalgo Imports, a family owned and operated distributor and producer of wines from Spain - Bodega Hidalgo La Gitana, Hidalgo’s own line of wines found in Sanlucar de Barrameda, Spain; and Bodega Aljibes, also a Spanish wine producer. Beginning with Dinner service September 13th, James Beard Award winner, Chef Michael Schwartz introduces new menu format and content changes at Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink, naming a new chef de cuisine, Saul Ramo, to helm the kitchen as it approaches its 10 year anniversary in early 2017. Ramos, joined Michael’s Genuine earlier this year as Sous Chef.
