Amber Love Bond shares her Miami “Survival Kit”

Everyone knows Amber. Her passion for all things Miami and especially the food and beverage scene has been well documented on her Instagram account and as a contributor to Eater, Miami New Times, American Way, and other local and national publications. I first met Amber in 2015 while we were both “stalking” Dominique Ansel at his Art Basel popup at the Setai. We became friends and she became one of the original contributors to MIAbites.

And now Amber has curated her own Miami “Survival Kit” that supports local merchants she wanted to highlight and support, in partnership with Vecinos Market, a digital marketplace where Miami residents can conveniently shop their favorite local independent shops and have everything delivered to their door. Vecinos also supports local charities like Lotus House and Kristi House through their donation site.

“The local products featured in this kit are from vendors who I love and truly embody my Miami lifestyle on a day to day basis. As a food + beverage writer, no matter what time of the day it is there's always something delicious to drink at my side -- from cold brew first thing in the morning, to an afternoon refresher or pick me up, and definitely more often than not a cocktail (or four, like this kit features!).” said an always smiling Amber.
