Celebrate at The Social Club

Granny's Old Recipe - Lead Bartender Andres Rairan.JPG

September is National Bourbon Heritage Month. Bars throughout Miami offer an array of creative and classic bourbon offerings, great for celebrating this refreshing holiday (because you need an excuse to celebrate). The Social Club, the everyday-brunch restaurant in the heart of South Beach, offers its comforting Granny’s Homemade Recipe by lead bartender Andres Rairan. “Think Thanksgiving dessert in a glass,” says Andres. Granny’s Homemade Recipe features a housemade apple pie infusion of Elijah Craig bourbon, Demarara simple syrup, freshly squeezed lemon juice and tiki bitters. Andres tops the drink with Graham Cracker crumbs and adds a dehydrated apple slice for garnish, for a deconstructed apple pie taste and look.
