Easter Dinner To Go: Holiday Dining during COVID-19

Easter Sunday is Sunday April 12th, and the threat of COVID-19 prevents us from going to church for Easter services, having large family gatherings and even family-friendly Easter Egg hunts. Keeping a social distance and “sheltering in place” is the key to reducing the spread of the virus, but a few Miami restaurants want to make sure you can still have that special dinner for Easter without the shopping and cooking.

Casa Sensei, known for Pan Asian, Latin Fusion on Las Olas, is offering a takeout and delivery special for Easter with a family Easter Egg Hunt included. In addition to a family dinner, each Easter dinner comes with an order of Bissinger's chocolate Easter eggs with every order, perfect for an at-home Easter Egg Hunt. LoKal/Vicky’s House are open Easter Sunday with takeout and delivery from 12PM-9PM. In addition to the regular takeout menu, the eatery will be offering a $10 first responder menu. This menu applies to any first responder with proper ID, or large catering orders for groups who want to support first responders by purchasing a catered lunch. RWSB is offering a four-course Easter Takeout Menu for $45 per person (prices vary for additional items). Diners will be able to enjoy crab salad with arugula, quinoa, shaved vegetables, herb vinaigrette; roasted lamb shoulder; scalloped potatoes; honey glazed baby carrots; a pastiera Napoletana; and a whole pie ($32).
