Planta Restaurants 1-for-1 Initiative to support Food Rescue US Miami & Lotus House

Planta in South Beach and Planta Queen in Coconut Grove, part of the Chase Hospitality Group, has partnered with Food Rescue US Miami, Lotus House Shelter for Women and Children and BlackCreek Community Farm to provide healthy meals to the most food insecure populations.

Throughout the month of February, Planta will be donating food through their Make An Impact 1-FOR-1 matching initiative of the new featured Vegan Cauliflower Mac & Cheese signature dish currently available for nationwide shipping from PLANTA at home. ORDER NOW/FREE SHIPPING

The special dish is a hearty portion of Plantas creamy and delicious cauliflower Mac & Cheese and is priced at $17 a portion that serves 3-4. Fresh locally sourced ingredients include pasta (semolina flour) cauliflower, potato, carrot, onion, garlic, olive oil, lemon and herbs, spices, chili and salt.

For each dish ordered, Planta will donate a second dish that will be then be served to the over 450 women and children residents at Lotus House as part of their special dinner meal hosted by volunteers of Food Rescue US Miami on March 11, 2021.
