This annual event will take place on the eve of the Super Bowl on Saturday, February 1 at The Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood, Fla. This oceanside resort will turn into an oasis for NFL legends and foodies alike! All 32 NFL teams will be represented, and representing South Florida is James Beard Award winner, Chef Allen Susser. Let’s not forget that the Super Bowl happens to take place on a Sunday, which is also the best day of the week for brunch! On Thursday, January 30 chefs Michael Voltaggio, Michael Mina, and Charlie Palmer will prepare amazing bites with wine pairings to raise money for The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) and their scholarship fund. On Super Bowl Sunday, Guy Fieri is turning Hard Rock Stadium into Flavortown with his annual Super Bowl tailgate. Celebrate the Super Bowl Ace Ventura Style at Kush and Hopefully Reverse the Curse!
In honor of The Big Game, Wynwood’s burger and beer hotspot, KUSH, will host a not-to-be-missed party on Saturday, February 1, 2020 – Please Forgive Us Ray Finkle. The shindig is an homage to the movie Ace Ventura: Pet Detective, which was filmed in Miami. In the film, Miami’s team mascot and players, including Dan Marino, are abducted by a crazy former player, Ray Finkle, who blames Marino for the downfall of his career. On February 1 at 3:05 p.m., KUSH will honor Finkle, in hopes that he reverses the curse that he laid upon Miami Dolphins Fans allowing them to make another Super Bowl appearance in the near future. This is a fun event that will include a recreation of Ray Finkle's bedroom, complimentary “laces out” football cookies and a specially brewed beer by Tank Brewing called "Laces Out". Super Bowl LIV Viewing Party at Bodega Taqueria y Tequila
South Beach’s favorite speakeasy will host a viewing party for the Big Game! On Sunday, February 2, Bodega Taqueria y Tequila will open the doors to the back lounge at 12 p.m. The Super Bowl pregame coverage will be on the big screens all day long and a beer pong table will be set up. Guests can enjoy drink specials including Patron shots ($8 each), buckets of Modelo ($15 each), Margarita pitchers ($15 each), and specialty game day dishes such as loaded carne asada nachos ($12), barbacoa con queso sliders ($10) and Philly cheesesteak taquitos ($11) curated by Chef Bernie Matz. The Freehand and Broken Shaker Miami
Super Bowl parties in Miami aren’t complete without outdoor BBQs and pool parties! Stop by Freehand Miami during Super Bowl weekend for a full line-up of events and parties. On Saturday, February 1, Red Bull will take over the Freehand from 1-7 p.m. for a poolside BBQ and pool party complete with chilled themed cocktails. Then, a dance party will take place at Broken Shaker from 6 p.m.- 2 a.m. with appearances from Miami and New York City DJs. On Sunday, February 2, Super Bowl Sunday will kick off with a pool party from 3-5 p.m. complete with Crook & Mark hard seltzers and Broken Shaker bites to get everyone ready for the big game. Fans can catch the big game unfold at 27 Restaurant for a viewing party. Final celebrations will take place at Broken Shaker immediately following the game.
