Tucked away in a small storefront at 7311 Collins Ave. on Miami Beach, Viva la Pasta has been a cherished culinary treasure creating pasta magic since opening in 1991. In 2021 partners Sebastian and Joshua took the reins, keeping its authentic Italian spirit alive.
Despite its modest size, Viva la Pasta turns out a mind-boggling array of fresh pastas and specialty items that could rival the offerings of Italy’s finest markets.
Step inside and you’ll find handmade ravioli and tortellini filled with enticing flavor combinations; mushroom-truffle, lamb, prosciutto, goat cheese, brie, pear, pumpkin and many more. Each pasta is crafted with care and passion — you can taste the difference with every bite.
Viva la Pasta also offers a delicious variety of store-made soups and sauces — think robust meat Bolognese, rich lobster sauce, velvety Alfredo and Carbonara, to just name a few — perfect for pairing with their fresh noodles and gnocchi.
