As Culinary Captain for next Wednesday November 7th 21st Annual March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction event, Chef Richard Hales will be joined at the Paradise Plaza Event Space in the Design District by more than 15 local chefs who have donated food and their time in support of The March of Dimes, the non-profit organization that works on funding research for the prevention of birth defects.
