James Beard Foundation presents Taste America Miami at Ariete

The James Beard Foundation’s Taste America, presented by Capital One, is a nationwide initiative to bring together chefs and diners to support the local restaurants in rebuilding a more sustainable and equitable industry.

On Tuesday, January 18th, Chef Michael Beltran of Ariete and Chef Valerie Chang of Itamae / B-Side Sushi will prepare a multi-course menu that reflects their signature styles, and highlights the uniqueness of their restaurants and the Miami community.
