Tuesday, September 17th , the Taste of Coral Gables will take place at Books & Books featuring Chef Allen Susser to celebrate the release of the new Coral Gables Cookbook, A Taste of Coral Gables, which features recipes from various Coral Gables restaurants & chefs. This foodie-focused event includes a copy of the cookbook, entry to a tasting cocktail reception featuring a curated menu by Chef Allen. Chef Michael Pirolo’s Chicken Parm Hero features tender organic chicken enrobed in a breading with garlic, fresh herbs, and porcini powder covered in sharp caciocavallo cheese and marinara sauce with a crispy parmigiana frico.
