Zaytinya by Jose Andres: New restaurant. New cookbook
Humanitarian and award winning chef, Jose Andres is debuting his newest cookbook , ZAYTINYA: Delicious Mediterranean Dishes from Greece, Turkey, and Lebanon.
With successful locations in NYC and Washington, DC, his newest Miami restaurant, Zaytinya is now open at The Ritz-Carlton South Beach, and guests can now take the experience home with 150 recipes, from classic Zaytinya dishes and cocktails to plenty of surprises from José’s travels through the Eastern Mediterranean.

On Sunday, March 17 at 7 pm, join José and friends at Zaytinya for a spirited celebration featuring cocktails, bites from the book, spit-roasted whole lamb in Zaytinya tradition and bold greek wines—all with José’s signature energy and enthusiasm! At Zaytinya, enjoy a cookbook-inspired, special 4-course tasting menu, from March 11 - May 31. The Zaytinya Cookbook Chef’s Experience features special bites from the cookbook alongside unique Mediterranean wines, embracing the spirit of Zaytinya like never before. The tasting menu experience is $85, with an optional $45 wine pairing.
