Earls Kitchen + Bar: Summer Menu
Earls Kitchen + Bar in Dadeland Mall invited us in to have a taste of their light and fresh summer dishes. We were fans already, but now we might just become regulars.
The evening stated with a lighter flare, the Quinoa and Avocado Powerbowl is dressed to the T. It's made with roasted squash, beet, pumpkin seeds, and crispy chickpeas — all contrasting beautifully with hues of green — and then dressing making this a fantastic summer salad.
Our next favorite dish is new on the sushi menu. It’s the Dragon Roll and is hand-rolled with marinated ahi tuna, avocado, other goods, and sriracha mayo. It was hard not to fangirl over this roll. We definitely had to slap a few hands away from this one to get that money shot photo we were looking for.
Earls also introduced its seasonal craft cocktail menu with specialties like the Absinthe Minded made with Bombay Gin, Tio Pepe Fino Sherry, Martini Bianco Vermouth, Lucid Absinthe and fresh lime. Súbeme la radio, because this is our drink!
We also enjoyed the freshness in this next dish. The West Coast Ahi Tuna Salad is a bed of romaine tossed in soy ginger vinaigrette. Creamy avocado slices contrast well with the toasted almond and sesame crust on the tuna. This would be our choice for lunch on the patio under the bright Miami sun.
Of course since we were so healthy during dinner, it was only fitting to finish off with something sweet. We kept it light and fruity so that we didn't go home feeling guilty. The Key Lime Pie was the perfect tart treat to get our sweet tooth under control.
Earls Kitchen + Bar is located in Dadeland Mall’s Terrace Dining and offers lunch and dinner daily beginning at 11:30AM and brunch on Saturdays from 11AM to 3PM and Sundays from 10AM to 3PM.
